| James A. Branch, P.E. is a licensed Traffic Engineer with significant experience in Transportation Planning and Operations. Our Traffic Department performs area-wide transportation planning studies, intersection/signal design, transit studies, traffic impact analyses, school traffic safety studies and school traffic operations evaluations. | ||
| Damien Gilbert, P.E. has a strong background in the layout and design of intersections, medians, accesses, traffic signals and parking lots. His nine years of experience include nearly two years with the City of Eugene Traffic Engineering Department and more than seven years at Branch Engineering. At Branch, his primary tasks involve design and management of transportation and civil engineering projects. He has significant experience in designing public ADA accommodations, has performed dozens of traffic impact analyses, and has designed operational safety improvements at numerous schools throughout the Willamette Valley. | ||
